Introduction

This machine(HS-300) is the blade moving PCB separator, using upper circular and down linear blade design,before cutting, put the v-groove onto the linear blade,the upper circular blade moving to finish spearating, the force stress is relative low, the board don't need move will protect the components on the board, avoid damaging.

Working Principle

Feeding Mechanism
The PCB depaneling machine will first feed the whole board after SMT mounting into the depaneling machine.
The feeding mechanism uses a conveyor belt or a manipulator to feed the PCB board into the depaneling station.

Positioning and fixing
The depaneling machine fixes the PCB board by means of positioning pins or vacuum adsorption to ensure its accurate position.

Cutting Mechanism
The core component of the depaneling machine is the cutting mechanism, which is usually composed of a high-speed rotating cutting blade.
The cutting blade will quickly and accurately cut the PCB board along the preset dividing line.

Collecting depaneling
After cutting, the depaneling machine automatically collects the separated single PCB boards.
These depanels can be further tested, assembled and other processes.

Automated Control
The entire depaneling process is fully automated by the robot control system.
The control system can accurately control the cutting process according to the size and dividing line position of different PCB boards.
